Shipping policy
At MossCode, we currently ship orders within the United States only.
Order Processing
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, your order will be shipped once inventory becomes available. In such cases, shipping times may be delayed, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated regarding the status of your order.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking information is available, it will be included in the confirmation email so you can monitor the delivery status of your order.
Shipping Fees and Delivery Times
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. MossCode is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mosscode.ai. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@mosscode.ai with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and assist you in resolving it with the carrier where applicable.
Returns
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at contact@mosscode.ai. Our support team will review your request and provide the appropriate return address and return instructions.
Please do not send any items back before receiving return instructions from us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
