Is the program really free?
Yes. The Beta device and all shipping costs are provided completely free of charge.
Is the watch fully finished?
No. The Beta product may contain bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, or other limitations. Some features planned for the final commercial product may not be available during the Beta testing phase.
Why do I have to return the Beta watch?
MossCode Beta is an early stage product testing program. Because these devices are prototypes, they cannot be kept for long term consumer use. However, as a thank you, returning your Beta unit guarantees you a free trade in for the finalized commercial product once it launches.
When will I know if I’ve been selected for the Beta?
Applications are open for 3 weeks. Selected testers will receive a Beta selection confirmation email by 11:59 PM PT on September 10, including next steps and onboarding details. If you don’t receive an email by then, you were not selected for this round — more Beta opportunities will be available in the future.
Are there eligibility requirements?
Yes. Beta participation is currently limited to eligible participants in the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
